Office Assistant Serving as the primary receptionist; maintaining office operations by receiving and distributing communications; Ordering, stocking, and distributing office supplies; Providing direct administrative support to executive directors; Organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files; Assisting with project tender preparations; Maintaining general office tidiness; and performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate will be self-motivated, detail-oriented, energetic, and highly organised.
Must be a team player and have outstanding writing, editing, data entry, and proofreading skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to prioritise and handle multiple
tasks are essential. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
At least one
year experience in reception and data entry is required.
Starting date: As soon as possible
